How do I pay my storage bill?

There are several ways you can pay your bill.

• AutoPay Call 406-220-1170 to set up auto-pay or sign up in person. We’ll automatically debit your bank account or charge your VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express® credit card for your monthly bills.
• Pay Online Make payments online at www.businessparkstorage.com. We accept PayPal, VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express® credit cards.
• Pay by Mail Send your payment to:

  Please include your storage unit number on your check or money order.
• Pay in Person Pay your bill at Business Park Storage with cash, check, or credit card.
• Pay by Telephone Give us a call at 406-220-1170. Our friendly manager will be happy to help you.

Can I rent storage online?

Yes, our newly redesigned website will allow you to rent the space you need from your computer or mobile device. Select the size you need and follow the prompts to complete your rental in just a few minutes.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

What if my rent is late?

If rent has not been paid by 5:00pm on the 6th of each month, a late fee of $15.00 will be added to your account. If rent has not been paid by the 36th day, there is a $100.00 lien fee added to your account and then the auction processes begin.

Do you sell boxes and other moving supplies?

Yes, we keep supplies onsite for you to purchase at your convenience. We offer a wide range of moving supplies including boxes, furniture pads, tape, padlocks and more. Visit us on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Is a deposit required when reserving a storage space?

Yes, when you move into a unit, you will pay the prorated first month’s rent, the entire next months rent and a $25.00 deposit.

Do I need to bring my own storage lock?

You can bring your own lock, however, we do sell locks onsite at our office on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Some items are prohibited from storage for safety reasons. These include liquids, explosives, food or beverages, flammable materials, toxins, and perishables.

What are your storage access hours?

Storage access hours are 24/7, so you can visit your unit at any time, any day.

Do you rent moving trucks?

Yes, we have Uhaul trucks available for you to rent. Give us a call at 406-220-1170 to rent your truck today.

What are your security features?

Along with recorded video surveillance, only you have access to your rented unit. Security lights keep the property illuminated for your security.
